| Burlingham House has been a
home for adults with learning difficulties for over thirty years.
Residents enjoy a full and varied life in a beautiful
Georgian House situated in twenty two acres of gardens and woodland
in a part of the country well known for its scenic beauty.
Burlingham House is currently the home for 28
residents, some have lived at Burlingham since it opened in 1971.
The Manager is Linda Shepheard and 12 full time
and 15 part time staff support her.
Norwich Mencap Society, a registered charity,
owns Burlingham House. There are no commitments to shareholders
or other proprietors; all money received is spent for the direct
benefit of the residents.
